Basic information about automated emails sent by the program

Invitation emails
  • Individuals uploaded into the admin portal may be sent up to three emails inviting them to complete the Financial Fitness CHECKUP.
  • The invitation emails would be sent only to individuals who have not completed the CHECKUP.
 
Nudge emails
  • Individuals who complete the CHECKUP but do not enroll in at least one course may be sent up to three emails inviting them to enroll in the Financial Fitness ACADEMY.
 
Weekly emails
  • Individuals who complete the CHECKUP and enroll in at least one course may be sent weekly emails.
  • The weekly emails may reflect each participant’s progress in the program or contain helpful tips and updates.
 
Additional program emails
  • Participants may be sent a CHECKUP results email.
  • The program may send an email when a participant sets or resets his/her password.
  • Participants may be sent emails notifying them when a Follow-Up CHECKUP is available.
