When I try to submit the CHECKUP or an exam, it won’t submit.

This is usually a browser issue. If you have access to another browser, try logging in with it. If that is not an option for you, try clearing your cache, logging out, exiting your browser, and then logging back in. An additional option is to try using a different computer. You may also want to log in from a different physical location.
